	&lt;p&gt;Exercise&lt;br&gt;
30 mins spinning&lt;br&gt;
8 mins core exercises&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Meals&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast&lt;br&gt;
Cornflakes milk and sugar&lt;br&gt;
Lunch&lt;br&gt;
Carrot, cucumber, peach, Go ahead bar, Banana, 4 fromage fraise and a kiwi&lt;br&gt;
Diet coke&lt;br&gt;
Mid afternoon&lt;br&gt;
Chocolate cake miss bowkers birthday&lt;br&gt;
Dinner&lt;br&gt;
Chicken, brocoli, cucumber, tomatoes and red pepper&lt;br&gt;
2 glasses of water
